1. Restore your iPod to its original factory settings through iTunes and re-load iPod firmware with the latest version through iTunes

2. Reset your iPod before inserting in the iMirror dock by holding the Menu and Center button for 6 seconds. On the iTouch and iPhone, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

3. Insert your iPod on the iMirror docking station
