David Becker – President
David Becker is one of the founding members of Bexy. Prior to Bexy, David was president of CDM Consulting. Under his leadership, CDM became a premier manufacturer representative firm for CE and IT products. CDM was responsible for the U.S launch and success of numerous companies like TOM TOM, Ergotron, and T3. Prior to CDM, David managed sales efforts for Ergotron, Microtek and Mustek all with sales of over 100 million dollars a year. While at these companies David was able to build key relationships with resellers like Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Circuit City, QVC, Ingram Micro and many others. David holds a bachelor degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. |

John M. Gitelman – Chief Marketing Officer John has over 18 years of consumer electronics and semiconductor marketing with innovative large, medium and start-up companies including Bose, Polaroid, SmartDisk, SigmaTel, Adaptive Networks, Apogee Technology and Macy's. He led the definition and drove development of Bose multi-room Lifestyle® systems and managed the $350M business. As VP of Strategic Marketing for Adaptive Networks he pioneered the advancement of powerline communications for home entertainment networking. While at SmartDisk (VST Technologies) John marketed a line of unique multimedia storage and connectivity devices for the Apple market including the precursor to the iPod. He began his marketing career at Polaroid Corporation where he managed the $600M Polaroid Instant Camera brand and attained #1 US market share for Polaroid blank videotapes with distribution through Wal-Mart, Sam's and other top-tier food, drug and discount chains. He also started a self-funded business imaging business for Polaroid, marketing and selling the company’s first digital cameras and delivering the first direct sales via e-commerce. Mr. Gitelman has an MBA in Entrepreneurship and BA in Sociology from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA. |

| Robert M. Glorioso, Ph.D, is currently a Managing Director of Tower Stone Group and is President of QC Avionix, LLC. He was Founder, President, CEO and Chairman of Marathon Technologies Corporation, a fault and disaster tolerant system provider and before that a Vice President of Digital Equipment Corporation. He has been associated with several other companies as Chairman and/or BOD member including, Ultranet Communications, Turbine Entertainment Software, Allergy Buyers Club.com, Open Route Networks, Netrix, and Solar Trade. Dr. Glorioso holds 5 patents and is the author of several books and papers on both technology and management. |

He was President of Northstar Technologies, Inc. - a leading manufacturer of electronic navigation equipment for marine and aviation use. He was founder, President and CEO of Anatek Microcircuits Inc., a successful high technology engineering and manufacturing firm. He has consulted with Acrostar Inc., Rogers Communications Ltd., Canadian Marconi Corp. and other technology companies on product development, marketing and acquisition programs including the preparation of strategic and tactical business plans for companies involved in satellite navigation, geographical information systems and vehicle location technologies. He was a founding director of Audience, Inc. and serves on the board of Support Measures Inc., the Allan Crawford group of companies and Solar Trade Corporation. He chairs the MacDonell Scholarship Committee at the University of British Columbia and University of Victoria. |

For 21 consecutive years, he has served on the board of the International Recording Media Association and has served on the board of directors of the Photographic Manufacturers and Distributors Association. He was Chairman of the Photographic Imaging Division of the American Jewish Committee and served for nine years on the Supplier Board of Directors of the International Mass Retailers Association.
